How we handle deliveries

All orders placed on our marketplace are processed and dispatched by our trusted sellers and dispatched directly to you.

All orders placed on our site include free delivery (mainland UK only, excluding extremities). Standard courier service is normally 2-3 working days for delivery.

Live delivery window

Once you sign up and join the WiBiGi world, as you browse, our system will automatically show you a live delivery estimate so you know when you should receive your goods.

Tracking your orders

After you've placed your order, our sellers are instantly notified and start processing it. When the vendor dispatches your order, your account will be updated with a tracking code that you can use to get live tracking details.
