About the marketplace

We are a UK based marketplace bringing you products from UK based businesses. We bring together as many genuine, VAT registered sellers possible. We offer free delivery on all (mainland UK only, postcode restrictions apply) without any annual fee or requirements.

You can register as a buyer through the registration page at any time for free or create an account when purchasing products at checkout. Creating a buyer account lets you easily keep track of all your orders, communicate with our sellers and leave feedback.

Signing up as a buyer

Registering to be a buyer is simple, all we need are a couple of bits of information and you are joined the WiBiGi world!

Purchasing products

It is possible to purchase products from multiple sellers at once by adding them to your cart and proceeding to checkout. We use Stripe to process payments so you can pay securely using your preferred credit or debit card and enjoy the buyer's protection.

Tracking your orders

After you've placed your order, our sellers are instantly notified and start processing it. When the vendor dispatches your order, you will receive an email and your order will be updated through your personal dashboard with the courier details and tracking code.

Leaving feedback

This really matters to sellers and we kindly ask you to leave feedback after you've received your products.

Please leave feedback based on the service that you have received not on the product itself.
