Based in the UK
To make our marketplace fair all our sellers are to be UK-based.
Free delivery
To offer free delivery on all orders, but this is only for mainland UK excluding extremities
30-day returns
To give the customer peace of mind a 30 day returns policy is required for all sellers.
VAT registered
All sellers that need to be VAT registered are so. Customers can then shop knowing you are paying your dues.
Quality customer service
Sellers offer the very best in customer service offering prompt and proper responses.
Live stock feed
Keeping your stock up to date is very important for customer satisfaction. This can be easily done with our system through a CSV or Linnworks.
